Starting next season I'll see how much oc6 practice I can handle, but it could be it's just not for me.
I had been using cheap wood club owned paddles and I certainly would like to get one of your paddles Bill, even if it's just for oc1.
Are you aware of the rules RE; oc6 paddles? they need to be all wood but the paddle faces and handle can be covered in carbon.

I was thinking more OC1 than 6 man, but we'll probably give it a shot eventually. We're starting to pay as much if not more attention to the back of the paddle as the front since it looks like that's where the vortex comes from. If we can at least eliminate the instability the vortex causes we can steady a paddle even more, and that should translate to less fatigue.
