2011 blend?

Hi all

I'm new to this sport and have just purchased a 2011 blend which came in a starboard box labelled 2010. I'm wondering how can I tell if this is a 2011 board with the new shape and when did starboard change the shape, in the middle of 2010 or the start of 2011. Also the board is TAC finish so I can"t go by the new colors

Hey Hasso, I think the year is in the serial number code, two letters then the year eg SS11.....

Either way they are both great boards! I'd just go and enjoy it
