Family Oriented All Inclusive SUP/Surf Destinations Caribbean/West Indies?

Friends want to take their 2 teen kids to a nice place with all water activities included as $30/hour SUP/Surf rentals get expensive for a week.  They are an athletic, windsurfing family.

Any recommendations appreciated.
