Simple warmup/workout before going surfing.

The other day i went surfing and decided to record a simple warmup/workout i did before heading out...I scored a couple of clubbells (10kg and 20kg) plus a couple of kettlebells (26# and 70#) for just $100 on craigslist so i decided to play with the clubbells a little.

It is nothing fancy but is was a nice day, hope you guys enjoy it...

Wow what a great deal for the equipment. Awesome. Looked like a great day to train down at the beach. It's nice to change up the training environment especially when it's sunny outside. Have you tried sand bells yet? We just placed an order for some they look very versatile and comparable to kettle bells,med. Ball and sand bag training. Train smarter not harder and have fun In the sun. Aloha
