Weather is getting warmer at last! So I've started going to rockaway beach for a mellow surf session.

Went out last weekend and I was the only one on a SUP and maybe 7-10 longboards so I kind of stay away from the main break.

So if anyone wanna tag along with me this weekend I would be happy to take people in my car to rockaway or longbeach. I'm leaving from east village!

I live on the upper east side...keep my prone boards here in NYC- and occasionaly annoy my wife by keeping my 8'5 pocket rocket SUP  in the apt.  Other than that my two boards reside in storage North NJ.

always up for a buddy to hit the waves...im in sales so my schedule flexes with the waves...let me know when you want to head out- either flatwater with some notice (to get my 9'5 or 10 ft board) or session in the waves with my 8'5

Place for us to gather online. There used to be a MeetUp, but no more. There are Hudson River Paddler Facebook groups. There must be one for surfing too.

I've moved here in New York about 6 months ago.
Just got my Red Paddle 10'6 Rider,wetsuit and all.
Been Surf and SUP back in Dubai for a couple of years.

looking forward to meeting NY Paddlers , and go for some SUP.

I am in Park Slope Brooklyn, and go often to Long Beach and Rockaway.
Also got a base in way Eastern CT, so get to Western RI breaks throughout the year on weekends.

Love the warm, Pedro, but hate the crowds it brings. So I usually do dawn patrols, which I will do in LB this Sat/Sun if there are shin highs or better.

Great to see few folks in NYC! I will be going tomorrow Saturday 19th of July leaving from east village/ lower east side around 6:30-7:00am happy to take people in my car or meeting in rockaway between 95th-91th street!
