Mr Clean Magic Eraser is the best product for removing black marks or anything else.
 Ill try that looks like most marks are white, possibly from the pic edging from my paddle

Seeing you're just getting into SUP surfing, this would be a good place to start. They are well built. More durable than a new deal, but a little heavier. It's a good shape with a little extra width which will help you get into waves easier at first. It will probably hold it's value and sell little better, but it will be a board you can hold onto for a long time. Ultra light layups can't take too much abuse. You'll end up needing to have a New Deal repaired with in a few uses, whereas the WA will take a lot of abuse. Mostly just chipped paint. You'll probably be surfing at SanO which has a lot of shallow rocks.

Did you check out all the sizes that the new deal offers? I talked to Dave and the WA is a true surf rocker style board, and I agree its probably super stable for me to be just getting into it. And yes SanO and DoHo maybe ill see you sometime, if you don't mind hanging with a newbie

Wanting to get into sup surfing and was all set on a new deal from Infinity, then got to thinking that it may just be a little out of my experience level even the biggest one they make? I do come from a strong surfing background but have not been surfing in 10 years,, just paddling my race board. So I was thing about the wide aquatic anybody have any experience on one of these boards?

Here's a little video I threw together showing my SanO session with Cookie (and others) from my vantage point.

Nice! I was bummed for capoboy! His back! He needs to get back on sup. That prone paddling is the worst for your back...shoulders too! I was lol when you fell off paddling out! Vid looked so good on my 22" HD monitor. Perfect day w/the wind and weather. would be amazing to catch that place OH.

Looks like fun, great video. I am currently waiting for a new deal to come in at the shop and would love to go out to sano and  meet some zoners, if you don't mind a newbie

Have you tried them at all yet? I would just start with the stock set that you have and go from there. All you would have to adjust is maybe to a larger center fin but good chance that set up is pretty good. Remember the flat side of the fins face out to the rail (opposite from a surfboard fin) and i like the middle fin pushed all the way up in the box.

Thanks I have not tried them yet, the board came with the larger single fin already, so my thought is to try the ventral with the larger fin it came with, also all carbon. Then maybe play around with this set up, but like someone said 235.00 is kinda high if all I'm going to use is the ventral?
