Wingsurfing, Windfoiling, Wingfoiling, Wing SUP / Ensis strut valve

My strut bladder on my 5.2 Ensis popped today.  It blew in front of the two flow through valves towards the top of the strut.  I patched the hole, but there is still a very small leak.  I think it would be better piece of mind just to drop in a new bladder with two new valves.

Anybody know what one pump L valve Ensis uses?  They kinda look like Ozone L valves.

I haven't had a chance to see one in person up close yet, but can one of you guys that owns one tell me if the NL wingtips are double (foil shape on both sides) or single foiled (flat on one side)?

I recall reading he made a board a long time ago for someone who had asked for a "seaplane float" nose.  The thought being that is another object that wants to break surface tension and leave the water.

Personally I think the G10 has a complimentary flex to it that none of the carbon fiber tails have.  It may be a slight detriment if you are just pumping in flatwater, but in the surf it is just like using a flex fin on a surfboard.

Has anyone been curious enough to mark the COL on each of their front wings, translate it to where it is on the board and see where it is in relation to their feet - and if it is in roughly the same spot for each of the wings?  I want to - but I'm too busy foiling.  If there is a correlation, it would make setting up boards/foils easier.

Does anyone know what blue paint color is used for the Go Foil wings - both gen 1 and 1.5???  Looking for brand and paint color (i.e., Rust-o-leum Maui Blue - BTW it's not this color).

For you guys running the GL140 - what are you finding is the low end (2' faces???).  There is a lot of internet documentation and discussion here to see the top end is more limited by what the rider is willing to do.  Just curious on the other side (what conditions are too small).

How about using small envelopes instead of a flybox?  You can label who tied the fly and keep notes about them in the notebook by assigning a number to the envelop and referencing that number in the notebook for notes/observations/etc.  The recipe for the fly can be written on the envelope to keep the notebook to notes.

Also - this could go an alternate route - a lot of other sites I pay attention to do periodic (seasonal) fly swaps.  The person starting it picks a theme (carp, warm water, trout, etc) and people sign up.  When all the sign ups are finished, the organizer lets everyone know how many people signed up and that equals the number of flies each person has to tie of the fly they are contributing.  The tyers send in the flies to the organizer, who then sorts the flies and mails them back to all the tiers.  Afterwards, everyone can post pictures and lies about what each fly caught.

Either way, I'd participate.

How about using the mast base?  You could bolt on a RAM mount to the mast base, or use pipe straps to get the mount to a usable position.
