So I am looking to buy my first board and one of my wife's friends husband has a brand new 10”1” Channel Islands Caddie it has never seen the water. So I got talking to him and he said he would sell me that board for $1100. Would this be a good board for me to start out on. I know that channel island is a great company and there products are some of the best. I just don't want to get a board that I will struggle on.

SUP General / New to sup'ing

So I was in newport beach last week and I wanted to try sup'ing. so i rented a soft top "wich the board really sucked" and I crusied around newport upper bay. Doing this for the first time was a big mistake because now I am hooked.
