I have adjusted my paddle lengths over the years and after taking some of my mentors and the fine people on the ZONE'S opinions and suggestions into consideration i have started to go longer with my race paddles {all Kenalu's Malikos and Molokais}. I have been recording faster times and winning or at least placing well in my local events . Im 5'8 with a long torso and monkey arms, so for now i've settled at 83"and liking it.

If you willing to make the trip , Jim Goldberg in MTK NY is great with glass repair. Down side is he doesn't work on carbon. My friend Rudy does amazing work on carbon and kevlar if you. Dond mind the wait . His co is called eesti jaht

hey , can anyone here offer some information or insight on Outrigger Connection /
Current Design 2006 " Stingray "OC1 built in china. A local retailer near me has 5 boats that are still wrapped in plastic and is offering them at a ridiculous price. Iwas thinking of getting one as a second boat but I cant seem to find any useful info on this particular model ( build specs,issues,or praises). I know there was a series that were built in Canada that had some qc issues . Any feed back is very much appreciated 1

No intake of sugar, corn syrup, or sweeteners. That was the hardest ! Try a completely sugar free day.

Also reduced my intake of red meat to whenever I feel my body needs it ( like once every 2-3. months ).

I eat a shit load of veg and grains ,legumes and wild fish .

On my sus boards I prefer a slightly domed , but on my race boards I'm more into flat or even slightly concave.

It depends on where we're eating . If its a taco stand than I must applaud my semi - modified 93 4runner with 379,000 hard driven (well maintained) miles. We have gotten ourselves in some seriously messy situations and have always returned home sooner or later. Coming in a close second was my unimog , downside was the top speed of around 65mph.
