I blew out my knee last year winging which required surgery followed by many months of pain. My Honey, a DVM, uses a cold laser (Class 3 B) on her patients.  So, I tried it....WOW!!! Give it a try. It comes with 30 day return and after my first treatment, I knew I wasn't returning it. Currently using it on broken ribs. (DH, quit rolling your eyes...lol)

The advantage of using the glue is it's easy to reposition the cloth as needed. You can stretch and compress the cloth. No pie cuts..

Spray the rails and cloth covering the rails only with 3M Adhesive 71 Spray, Clear Hi-Tack Composite Spray, then tape while putting tension on the cloth. Glass the rails, let tack then the rest. I use the rails for my lap line.

I suggest carbon or s glass with innegra. Keep it light.

Here's a pic of 3.5 innegra over 5.7 carbon. Bagged the carbon and hand layed the innegra. No fiberglass.

Yes, I use a washer on the 14.5.

Been riding the KDM 15" the last couple of days in knee to thigh and it's really nice. The shims are too.

PB, those Duotone double adjustable harness lines are hard to find so, I opened my box of old  stuff and have been using these 25 year old Windsurf Hawaii harness line attachments. They wrap the handles nicely.

It would be nice if they were available.

It would be great if an impact vest had a harness built in and that impact vest protected your lower abdomen too. Taco falls scare the heck out of me!
