The next size up is the 9'0" X 30" Stinger from (2009)
Still available. I have one to Demo.
Almost the same board as the Pocket Rocket
but with more concave in the nose.

It has Quad and 2-1 fin boxes.
So you have more options and more float.

We have seen a couple of them at our group paddles.
If it is an impulse buy and it gets them started that is great.
Some people don't know if the sport will take with them so
an entry  level (New) board like this is a great alternative to
hassling over finding something used and trying to figure out
what will work. Our Demo program is also a great way for people to
try out boards without investing in a buy.

According to Starboard these are in production.
I haven't seen any in the Availability Lists for the USA yet.
There are POD's available, 7'4" X 29-1/2" in Black Camo.
Will let you know as soon as they land.

Definitely long winded on this first one,
jump forward to the nose mount looking back (5:30).
Yeah really tough finding the perfect combination of angles.
I tried the forward looking mount on the nose of the board and
couldn't see the wave face, just water rushing up.
I think the most conventional looking shots are looking back from the nose,
and a hat/helmet mount, yet to try.
Thanks for your feedback, all positive in my mind...

The word from Svein at Starboard is that all Black Camo's
except the Pocket Rocket have the Wind Surf Attachment.
