i am the same size as you and dropped down to a 110 litre board for #2. Now on a 90Litre board except in large waves or high wind/chop. 60 yo

I dniged my paddle today somehow. took a small chip off the edge. What materials work on these repairs?

why is he protection impact vests and not impact arm and legs?
Hte scariest wound i saw on a foiler was a thigh gash less than an inch from the femoral artery

seems like weight and age and desire to stay dry are key considerations.
as are conditioning and experience.
I love my smallest board (JL supertech 71'10) but i am exhausted after an hour...but it is a fun hour.

glad to hear you are mending! I use bacitracin or triple antboitic creme on every reef cut. Make sure to get the coral out first and wash it well with copious water.

Looking for something to up my mental game by having really solid images imprinted in my mind of great SUP wave technique. Does NOT need to be didactic. to me that is mostly not helpful.
