A bad day in the srf is better than a good day at work, as they say. Plymouth huh? Isn't Hull Cove there? Caught that REAL good in Sept, 2010 w/hurricane Igor offshore. It was b4 I SUP srfed though. Tackled it on my 7'0" funnie. That is one LOOOONG wave!

Nice long rides at that Nrth Jet and you surf real well. Also enjoyed that Jorma guitar in the beginning. I know that tune but can't remember the name offhand.
Curious what frame rate you shoot at. I ask this because the slo mo is a bit choppy. I started to shoot vid w/at least a 100fps frame rate. Makes a BIG dif for slo mo clips. Bat life is only marginally decreased at this setting too. Also you might want to try "Time Remapping" for seaming reg motion and slo mo in the same clips. This way you don't have the entire ride slowed down, only the cool parts like turns, zippy bowl sections, and cover-ups.

Cool thread you started, Creek. Some sweet pics we get from the GP. Only regret I have is not getting one sooner.
I like nose mount looking back. Shows the board, rider, wave, beach, and sky.

I like paddle mount for both front looking back and back looking forward.


And sometimes it'll surprise you w/something different. Like this wipe I took that blew the cam off mount. Luckily I had it leashed/tethered and it held.
