Puffer pro pump..love it. comes with multiple adapters to inflate many different water toys
I use it for winging and can inflate about 4 wings before recharging. https://www.airbankpump.com/products/airbank-puffer-pro-rechargeable-pump 18

Yes been doing it for years with windsurfing gear and now wing foiling gear. I have to get through coral and rocks and breaking waves and it’s a challenge. I have a buoy tied to a mushroom anchor just past the break, usually chest/neck deep water . I tie up my board and then bring the rig after. Works great.

Gear Talk / Re: L41 Bruce Wayne model« on: October 05, 2023, 02:35:21 PM »
you won't be disappointed with the Bruce Wayne, and I probably wouldn't have been either had I not been riding the Hobie Raw for years. It spoiled me and anything else I tried over the years couldn't compare. Now that I am a bit older and don't SUP as much as I did, I could use a board like the Bruce Wayne now.
good luck 20

Let me chime in on my time with the L41 Bruce Wayne ..from all appearances and dimensions 8'10" x 30" x 4.49" 130L, this board looked perfect for me. At the time I was riding my Hobie Raw 8'10" by 28" 118 liters and looking for something with a tad more width and stability for those choppy days in the line up. I LOVE my Hobie Raw and it rips and is fast and maneuverable. I was disappointed with the Bruce Wayne and eventually sold it at a loss. It felt sluggish to me and wide and not as easy to throw around as my Hobie. The Bruce Wayne surfed like a SUP and that's what it is. My Hobie Raw surfs like a surfboard and why I still love it although as I get older it's more of a challenge. I tried to like the Bruce Wayne, but found myself always going back to the Hobie Raw. for me it was an expensive mistake I think most people will like the board and for most it would be an upgrade from what they are riding..just wasn't the case for me.
These days I wing foil and don't SUP nearly as much. 21
Travel, Trips, Destinations / Re: La Ventana - March« on: September 28, 2023, 08:29:44 AM »
In the Caribbean, it really depends on the island and the foiling location. We live on the south side of Bequia in the Grenadines and protected from majority of the sargassum. I was foiling into early April and not a weed to be found..however north side of our island had some in the water and on the beaches. I also have read Mexico gets a lot of sargassum but that was more Cancun Cozumel areas. you might want to reach out to wingdingjoe who is a member of this forum and ives in Cancun. he might know about La Ventana as well

I am partial to the Grenadines where I have a home. Even if I didn't, I'd still go there for the consistent trade winds, amazing beautiful water and swells and breaking surf offered around the island chain. Fly Miami to St.Vincent to begin your trip, then take island ferries to visit the different islands.

see if you can find someone to tow you behind a boat or jet ski...that's a smaller board for a beginner but not impossible. Learn to ride the foil board first, then add in the wing after you are confident on the board. That will make it easier. Also once using the wing, it's better to learn in stronger winds than lighter. Without enough wind, you'll never get going and get up on foil.

Selling my Cabrinha Mantis 6.2. Perfect condition. Only ridden 3 times. Still crispy, crystal clear windows. Very well built. Comes with bag and wrist leash. I love my 4m and 5m Mantis, but decided I don't like lighter winds. I was able to foil in 12-14 mph with this wing. I weight 185 90 liter board. In Vero Beach, FL . $400.00 will consider shipping but you pay shipping..
