We need a Dem candidate with no history of sexual misconduct.  Like Bill Clinton or JFK.  The good old days.

You can get some of the very best care in the world in the UK free of charge. The hospital where I do a lot of research is one of the very best in the world, by any standard. You can receive the best treatment in the world there, at the hands of the some of the very best surgeons, and if you are a UK citizen it will be completely FREE at all stages. No paperwork either.

The UK is not different than any other developed country, there is no such thing as "free", you pay for it one way or another, usually thru your taxation.  I'm surprised that anyone still falls for that "free" claim.  Free is not affordable for the people providing that service.  The only people that I know of providing free medical is Doctors Without Borders, are they working in the UK also?  I doubt it.

If you want to get a feel for how “free” the Canadian model of health care is, figure your taxes as if you lived in British Columbia.  Mine went up four fold.  And that doesn’t include the 15 percent sales tax.

It's weird.  First, I am no fan of either Billary or the Donald.  It's ironic that she is married to Bill Clinton, the man who literally made it ok to lie in America.  "I did not have sexual relations with that woman."  Any explanation, no matter how implausible, will appease.  Case in point, you can lie to Harvard about your status of (not) an American Indian, have Harvard publicize their (not) an Indian faculty member, and then get elected to the Senate. We are about to elect the biggest chronic, pathological liar, the most unethical politician ever, because the other party nominated Bozo the Clown.  All these Wikileaks emails, every day it's a new lie.  She told the FBI she had no IT expertise, yet she gave speeches bragging of that same expertise.  Even when her aides finally convinced her to apologize for the home brew server, she said "It was allowed."  It was absolutely, definitively, not allowed, and is still not allowed to conduct government business in secret, to include communicating with the President using a pseudonym on the open internet.  The First Lady said, for the first time in my life I am proud to be an American not that my husband is president.  I am feeling just the opposite.  Verging on ashamed.  And I served my country for 35 years for this?

Of we can just survive the next term we will get a chance to recover.  Hopefully Russia, China, and North Korea won't realize this and know their chances are only good for 4 more years.

Maybe we've discovered the real reason he wants to be President - he's envious of the intern action that Bill got...?

That appears to be true A10. It makes me wonder, who vetted this guy, the Three Stooges?  The entire GOP should walk away form him and he should resign from the campaign immediately...

You might not like Clinton. Nobody much seems to (and I'm no fan either). But it would be great to have the first black and the first woman US president back to back, wouldn't it?

This comment is astonishing.  But unfortunately, if Hillary does get elected, it will be because enough people who want a woman, any woman, will overlook her absolutely inarguable dishonesty and vote for her.  Just as they voted for a guy who had absolutely accomplished nothing in his adult life, in order to have a (half) black president.  He has accomplished nothing whole in office either, since we can now scratch the Unaffordable Care Act as an accomplishment.  Unless you count the reconstitution of the Soviet Empire, entering office with 2 wars and leaving with 4 (not counting the new Cold Wars with China and the R(econstituted)USSR, the rise of ISIS (which makes attacks on US soil the norm).  While I would have preferred say, Colin Powell, they would happily take Oprah Winfrey if she were in the race.

Now that I think about it, my Bark is hollow.  If a big swordfish or some other sharp thing poked a hole in it, it would sink too.  Shoot ...

I like how threads evolve from the starting point.   :). Julian, your review was great.  Now I'm wondering how many warranty claims you've experienced with RPC, and how were they handled?

Any claim for any brand I've ever dealt with has always resulted in a brand new and sometimes newer model item/board. Even with items/boards after the 1yr warranty period is over.

To address some of the other posts in this thread. At the end of the day, you use the board how you choose and you can have the best multi-chamber iSUP or unsinkable SUP that only weighs 15lbs but when your leash breaks, that doesn't help. I have not come across any iSUP marketing that encourages unsafe use of boards. I do note that much of the SUP marketing material often does not include leashes or PFDs. This annoys me but it is changing.

Pumping iSUPs with the HP style or Titan Pump is much easier. I suspect WingSuit had the older grey Ezee pump? I also suggest you follow up with Red, it does not sound right that they'd only offer a discount.

My boards were under warranty and Red just wanted me to go away, apparently.  Again, the woman in the US saw the pics and said no problem, new boards for you, but she was smacked down by Red in England.  I know you are trying to run a business, but I can't believe they would replace a board out if warranty if they wouldn't even replace mine ( still had the receipts).   As far as pumps go, I do have the "incredible" Titan pump (that's what the label says), and get to 20 pretty quick, but it's not going to get to 25.  I am plenty strong, if that's what your thinking.

My Reds are now loaners, and used on the river once in a while.  I paddle a Bark Phantom and a Lakeshore Sunset Cruiser mostly.

I know this is a whole other thread, but if I were on a blow up board of any kind (esp after my Red adventures), and if were away from shore too far to swim in, I believe I would wear my belt-type inflatable pfd, leash or not.  And my pfd would not be a Red.

Yeah I was pretty disgusted, given how they are touted as the best.  I would have pushed the issue on Internet forums, but I didn't want to start a thread and this thread was the first one to address the issue.  I was able to cut out slits in the bubbles and do some superglue stuff but I really expected more help from Red. I would not touch a Red with a 10 foot pole now.  The fact that they are a foreign company gives them some protection against stuff like this.

Two things:  I bought two Red 10'6" boards two years ago.  By the fourth use, they both had developed large bubbles.  Turns out it wasn't structural but just ugly, although it did make me wonder if the next bubble would be one that would deflate the board.   Called Red, sent pictures, and the woman said no problem we will replace the boards.  she never called me back, so I called her.  Red corporate in England said that the best they could do was offer me 20 per cent off two new boards.  So I have $3000 worth of defective boards, and they want me to spend $2400 to get two new boards.  Uhhh, no thanks.  Luckily i have other hard boards to paddle.

Secondly, they may take up to 25 pounds of pressure, but Popeye himself doesn't that that kind of arm strength.

Don't think you'll find a gps watch is that price range.  Agreed, a smartphone app will get you there.  Endomondo, for one.  I use a Garmin 920 XT to get distance, time, HR, cadence (yep, cadence) calories burned, mapping, and probably something I forgot.  I use it for surf ski, and paddle boarding.  But they run about 5 bills.

Plastic, as in surgery.  Anyone could look good if all have to do is workout with a personal trainer, have surgeries, and tightly control the glamour shots you release to People magazine, with your makeup artist at the beach and a bodyguard to set you on the board so your feet don't get wet.

After seeing chick in the one piece above, I don't need to see any more hot chicks on paddle boards.  Nuff said .....

My brother graduated from Coronado High School in 1964. In the "in Memory of " part of their reunion in 2004 I read a telling stat.  The biggest number of those gone were from drugs, alcohol, and suicide.  It was one of the instigations for me to write my book.  When I saw that suicides were greater than battle casualties in Afghanistan I thought that his multi generational issue was a worthy subject and hopefully can create some understanding.

In no year of the Afghanistan war were suicides in theater greater than KIAs.  Not even close.  from the inception of the war thru 2008 there were 37 suicides In country.  if you take all suicides military -wide of the 1.3 million serving (about 300 suicides last year) they do exceed the 55 US battle deaths in afghanistan In 2014. These 300 include many people who never deployed. i will buy and read your book, but I just have this thing for factually accurate writing, even on forums.  Your statement tries to convey that soldiers were killing themselves in afghanistan faster than the enemy was.

yes I get that. My point is the percentage of people that became hippies (good thing for the USA) was pretty low, compared to the children who got into the workforce, didn't use drugs, and made the US a better place.  I grew up on a military base.  For every hippie my town produced, I can name 100 military officers, doctors, teachers, police officers, etc.
