Cheers Piros,

You able to compare against any Axis foils? I ride BSC890/810/740 and Hps880 currently.

Speed and glide?

Thanks
Mike

Any experiences on these yet, particularly the FS1000/850. I like the look of them but need info on comparable foils, speed etc.

Cheers mike

Guys,
I trimmed a spare alloy axis mast down and need to tap the holes for the old M8 bolts.

There are different taps and it's confusing for the non mechanically minded, what tap do I need?

Cheers

Any views on the HPS700 and BSC740 for winging, I'm 77kg.
I ride 890/880/810 all of which I love for different conditions, but want something smaller for powered choppy conditions/bigger waves.

So guys I ride the 890/880/810. I was thinking about getting an 830 but was wondering about the 799? I'm guessing the 899 is too close to my 880?

It's a great mast, I have one. If you're jumping or heavy then get the Clydesdale  version. Pono, where do u place the rubber band?

Thanks for info on progressives, so for my 77kg should I go 400 or 375?

Bit of chat on the 999 thread about these new progressive tails.

I'm riding the BSC 890 and 810 with the 390 for lighter conditions but mainly the 420 for powered.

So any views on what size progressive tail to get and what it'll give me that the 390 and 420 won't?

Been using a centre front strap but want to try a narrow V on the front, as that's what my inserts allow. Tried making normal V fit but it doesn't.

Anyone know if I can buy one or if others have made one/found a solution?

Cheers

I started this thread when I dropped from 115L to takuma tk 85L.
Today I dropped to takuma tk65L, I'm 77kg and it was a great start today, easy to start doing the stink bug start and gybes were effortless. Only had 30 mins before wind dropped, whereas I could have slogged in on my 85l, the 65l needs a bit of pressure in the wing to slog at water level. But overall, board was really easy to pump on foil and ride, I'll keep the 85l for light/gusty days but the moment there's enough wind I'll be on the 65L.
