Thank you wardog for the sup stoke. My first board purchase was from sup sports and I am forever grateful. Still sup surf when there is no crowd.

Wow, who would have thought this could happen in the month of May. 30 year Southern California firefighter here and I was awe struck by the energy of that wildfire.
Hope your family and friends are safe. 4

SUP General / Oceanside, CA« on: April 07, 2016, 03:56:35 PM »
I will be in Oceanside staying at a hotel in Carlsbad for a soccer tournament. Don't know where to surf on Saturday, the 16th of this month or possibly Sunday.
Normally surf in the 805, county line to northern Ventura. Looking for guidance on where to surf. Any help would be fabulous. Have a 7'8" SUP from Dwight of supSURFmachines in Florida. 0800 game on Saturday and 1400 on Sunday. Looking forward to surfing something new. Thanks in advance. Mark 9

I'm so sorry for your loss. Being a fireman, I've seen more destruction of personal property than I care.

SUP General / Re: I supped on a longboard.« on: January 03, 2014, 05:13:09 PM »
I still play around with supping my longboard. Being in surfer stance the entire time on a skinny board gets tiring. Just another way to have fun.
My Dwight 7'8" sup is easy after having a go on the Takayama. Surf finally got small in the 805. Nice little stretch we had with consistent overhead surf. I surf a shortboard, longboard, and SUP and seem to have someone in the lineup with an opinion on what type of board I should be on. Seems I can't win, still having fun. 15
