Thx for the report 1tube, and congrats on your board. Iíve been playing with fins all in small waves, currently running a smallish 2+1 setup that seems to be a good all around for small summer conditions.

RBgar-  whats the deal with the interesting placement of the FCS/Go Pro mount half way between the nose and Pad?  Can't say I have seen that on any production board-

love cool things like that on customs

I had a fcs plug mounted back about a 15Ē for a Cam, didnít want it on the nose I case i needed to grab it to take it thru a wave, just thought it might get in the way all the way fwd. now that itís there Iíll also use it for a place to tie booties too for those nasty rocky access spots, I have on spot near my house thatís a real toe buster.

After a few seasons now totally loving the board, so glad I didnít go any thinner then 32Ē, great glide and stability with a sweet rail curve that really makes her turn like a dream that would have been hindered if I went thinner. It really surfs so weíll and is so light under foot for a 12í board, with the stability I just drop a foot back with twin quick paddles it spins to get waves and comes out going fwd, kinda like the old no paddle take off on a log. It likes the thruster fins, next Iím going to try a smallish 2+1 setup. Could not be happier

Still waiting for decent swell here in S NE but Iíve had two seasons in very small waves. Can say in small stuff I didnít like the quad setup, changed to a med size thruster setup like Creek is running and the board felt much better, but this said the waves were only waist high. Maybe round pin boards like thruster better then quads, I know my kiteboards are kinda like that, my squash tail boards love quads and my round pin board feels better running thruster. Kiting you get immediate feedback as your blasting along all of the time. Iím going to try a small 2 + 1, I have 6Ē center w/ 4Ē side bites. Anyways the board is sweet and Iím happy with it 100%.

I donated my front teeth to a early generation skate park compliments of a G&S FibrFlex. I remember wanting a Logan EarthSki so bad but after my face plant my mom wasnít buying me anything skate related.

Took it out for a flat water paddle yesterday with the 10Ē single fin and got my marks on where the rail savers are going. Very nice glide and with that fin she rode very straight and felt fast. Iíll deff race it in the ď run what ya brungĒ class. Really didnít feel like 12í in the water, lively and light. Super stable so the not so nice days will be doable, very stoked to get it into some surf!

Huge thanks to Rick Weeks akaCreek for all his help and knowledge developing the Point Break with me. He works hard for our support so order all Sunovaís thru him, donít even think of ordering one of my Point Breaks unless itís with Rick 👍 truly value added! Cheers, JB

Now I need to ride it, sure like looks good!

It would be great for Bert to do a design video

I can see how the overall outline and tail and nose widths would change with the board being 2 inches wider.

How are the rails different?

Well when I was going back and forth the with Bert,Dylan and Rick on what I wanted etc I didnít particularly ask what exactly the rail shape diffs between the Search or any other shape in his lineup, in my book that would be a over tweaker question, same goes for overall bottom contours and rockers , I asked what if questions and went with his recommendations, as I said earlier pressing further just flags being a tweaker, and people who over tweak usually end up with flawed designs.
