just bought a pair of 2019 foresters--cheap, safe, sensible, reliable, and plenty nice to drive--cheap=23k ea

replaced my 2010 forester, and my loaded 2012 highlander--highlander was making transmission noises over 65mph--tho it only had 60k miles--tradein!---and the forester was old and had been beaten by kids---given to an employee for use as station car

funny is that the layout of the 2019 is very similar to that of the 2010--by design--subaru has the best repeat buyer record in the industry---so they dont want to piss off loyal owners with huge format changes--so everything is upgraded digital etc--but it's right where it was on the dash of the 2010

kids can sit right down, get comfortable quick, and get the new beatings started!

get a quiver!

no more nervous--enjoy that thang!

and it's truly beautiful--love the colors, stripes and the way the stripes work with the pad--simple clean bold look--not garish

pls report on it, and share info about the surfer--very interest concept--seems he scaled up one of his surfboard designs for you

also weight?

weird, biggie---ive always seen the bigger fins in a quad setup forward, with the rears slightly smaller

your setup is like a twin-fin, with tweaky fronts and center

3 feet, zero wind.....forever-----------clearly, something's wrong

imho swellinfo is only useful for a quick check--the detail and cams on surfline are way better--and magic seaweed is better too, except for the consistent overstatement of wind speed

of course i have surfline pro on a "borrowed" password, so not sure if it's worth the cost

and dont forget ventusky--poke around with that if youve not tried already

so im not crying about whatever's going on at swellinfo

Training, Diet, and Fitness / Re: Longer, low-intensity workouts?

my concern has become muscle mass--i always did long burn, many rep workouts--but, now i wonder, giving the wasting of muscle mass thaT I can see beginning at my fair age 60, if i shd be lifting weights with fewer reps, with intent to build/maintain mass

always avoided mass---didnt fit with climbing, surfing, skiing, squash, tennis, etc---and massive guys turned to lard back then, the minute they ceased lifting

but now i may do more of those reps of 8-10, fewer reps of 20 30 etc

my dad is down to skin and bones, and barely has the juice to stand from a chair---scares shit outta me!

great site, wet---seen it before

much as i read the site in the interest of personally improving health, i am entertained by the debunking of conventional science wisdom--diet and health are a rich fields in which to debunk and anthony does a nice job sifting through the garbage

sw, what is this difficult pin of a board? for us curious types...

i pack two mana 84's when i surf---they both always remain solid with hot glue, but inevitably end up with audible water inside--reglued mine yesterday--i guess the glue degrades over time and leaks--surprises me, given the taut 3m electrical tape i wrap with

an pb, diesel flow or not, you a playa---just keep on playin'

good tip that i will remember, pb---could be a big help in a bad situation

grumbling about change is often hasbeen sour grapes that the world is flying past

in case the largely unintelligible comment was, in fact, grumbling about change
