The definitive bolt thread!

Can someone please inform me of the best material for foil bolts, in terms of strength, corrosion resistance, etc…?  Titanium vs Stainless?  Assume Torx is recommended for M6s, and normal hex for M8?  Anything else to look out for?

What about T nuts?  Im mostly used to brass, but if other materials are better I would like to know.

I’ve been getting most of my hardware from ProBolt, which has a decent selection, but if there are other sources that are recommended, please let me know.

Classifieds / FS: Lift 170 surf / 40 Stabilizer + Ride Engine Bird Machine Foil Board

Selling the following foil gear:

• Lift 170 surf foil and 40 stabilizer. This is as close to the "classic 170" setup as the 2-piece Lift foils can get. This is an excellent kite foiling or novice prone surfing setup. Very user friendly, stable, and turny.  Comes with original zip cover. Excellent condition. No mast.  $450 for the whole setup (front wing and stabilizer). I think this was probably around $900 new (I am the original owner).
• Ride Engine Bird Machine foil board. Barely used condition. Includes an NSI V front strap. This is Ride Engine's current foil board offering. Purpose built for kite foiling, but also works great for wake or even tow-in surfing. $550. I think this was probably around $1000 new (I am the original owner).

Classifieds / FS: Lift 32" Mast, $450

32" Lift mast.  Includes original padded velcro sleeve.  Very good condition, very minor scratches.  Purchased new, original owner.  $849 new from Lift, selling for $450.  Real Watersports is selling the same mast, used for $715, so $450 seems like a pretty reasonable price.

Split shipping with buyer.  Located in the northeast.

Would also consider a trade for Lift 120HA.
