My first full PVC over pieces of foam glued together. What a chore after the fill coat did not harden correctly so, paint it is. Innegra with carbon rails 7'3" x 30". Added another strap to get it wet winging today but it's for SUP foiling the outside sets. Dedicated wing board next

While going out through thigh high surf yesterday, I fell off and when I resurfaced the wing's leading edge had blown. Argh!!!! From folks experiences, which wings hold up better in the surf?

The Shape Shack / No Vacuum bagging innegra experiment

Thought I would share....

This is my 4th attempt at board building and I wanted to reduce the use of vacuum bagging so, I tried something different.

I placed the innegra on the deck, lifted the cloth that covered the rails and used light spray adhesive on the foam and cloth, let it tack up then stretch/compress the cloth to fit. I then layed 4oz fiberglass with lengthy overlay so I could use blue painters tape to pull the cloth after wet and squeegee the resin. I even used clothes pins to help

I've used the board close to a dozen times and so far all is good.

18' jet boat with Maliko 200 but have the 280 and IWA available
Riders around 200lbs
Speed 9-11 mph

Hi, I'm going to build another board and would like to have a combo tuttle with fin boxes. Has anyone seen this type of setup that you can buy? If not, what boxes would you recommend.

Gear Talk / Wake Foil

Since it is flat here in Texas, I'm spending time foiling behind the boat. So, to share the stoke, I took out an ol friend and he was foiling on the 200 in less than an hour. He's a 150lb and the 200 started flying at 6.5 mph....so cool to see him advance so quickly.  We plan on spending more time on the lake and want to migrate to a wake foil. This video shows a rig with a very shallow Tuttle box. Does any Zoner have any experience with this box? Where can I get one...ect.

Just received this foil from a friend and am asking for repair suggestions. Sadly this foil is not very old and the damage was done on land. Makes me want to cry!
