100% Dusk Patrol! I am gonna hate to see it go! Robert is as good as anyone when it comes to board design and the construction is spot on!

I am going all-in on L41. Just started talking to Kirk so some of my favorites going on the block.

Blue Planet Turbo 9'10 x 33 161l Carbon construction

The board is located in Southern NJ. asking $950. I am willing to meet and also maybe headed up to New England Xmas week.

The board has a few nicks but is in overall very good condition. I am including the JM 5 fins and the board bag that come with it.

Sincerely, this is a great board from overhead to 1 ft waves, Super stable and easy to turn.

I will also be listing my 9'7 Creek (green) XXX construction. It is in the shop getting a very minor repair before listing. If interested please DM me and we can work out a pre-listing price.

I think dropping volume below your comfort is a right of passage in SUP and then we realize it's just not as much fun fighting stability for two hours. I picked up an 8'11 Shroom last year and have used my Apple watch to compare it to my Creek and Blue Planet Turbo over this year.  Of my three boards, my Shroom is the most stable by far. I pretty much surf the same three breaks. My wave count, avg. speed, and avg distance are all higher on the Shroom. It doesn't like steep waves, it outruns bigger waves and doesn't turn as well as my other boards (all though it turns well) but it is super stable, catches anything, is nimble and tons of fun.  My greatest top-end speed and greatest distance come from my Creek but I also surf it on the better days. When it's "on" I will choose performance but on most days give me stability and fun!

Hoodless was the call. Such a beautiful day on the water!

Dog days of winter are ahead of us. I have such a love hate relationship with winter surfing. I always look forward to it and I always look forward to when it is over. But bring it on!

Nice Marc!

No doubt about the last two months!  Epsilon provided 3 days of hurricane swell with very little wind/no wind. We don't get that combo much. 70 degree temps in late October to boot.

Fall surf in NJ is delivering! Maybe we can squeeze  another swell out (there is another storm brewing in the tropics) but I am sensing its almost time to put the spring suit away and that gloves and boots are around the corner!

Keep delivering the stoke Marc we all enjoy it!

Nice Cookie. Great to see you back at it and posting videos. I passed on day 6 but Paulette certainly delivered to the souther part of the dirty Jerz!

All eyes on Teddy!!!

Great video Ken. Thanks for sharing. While we are on a Ben Gravy, Atlantic City and local summers theme I thought I would re-share a little South Jersey stoke. I posted this last fall but for us AC area locals it never gets old. He posted this just after hurricane season last fall.

Bring on locals summer and Ken, Oki, Creek, Talldude and Cookie and anyone else who records, Keep Sharing The Stoke!!!

Feeling ya Cookie. Yesterday (9/2) was super challenging and super fun. Board shorts to boot.

Some juicy, bombing, bumpy, nuggets in the rough out there had me on my toes.

Perfect description of the conditions! Glad to see you back on the water. Your pics and videos always let me recreate my sessions. Hoping you have some to share of today. Still the juice without the bump!

And maybe some left overs tomorrow......

Sent you a PM.

Another thumbs up on the C-drives. Although I run mine as a Thruster. I am bigger and ride a 9' 7 so I have the large fins. I find they  speed the board up a tad and offer more drive off the bottom particularly on those mushier days.

SUP General / Quarantine Quiver Update, whatcha riding?
« on: April 07, 2020, 02:25:30 PM »
Been a while since someone has posted quiver updates and LBsup's new purchase inspired me!

My current quiver (I am 6'2 250 and 55 years)

8'11 Sunova Shroom:  I know its condition specific but this board is just so much fun and I take it out more then I should. Shoutout to Cove Water Paddle Surf  in Santa Cruz for shipping consignment to NJ. Olivier is straight up good people. Maybe I'll throw on a foil one of these days.

9'7 Sunova Creek: Still my go to board, handles anything I surf.

9'10 Blue Planet Turbo full carbon: Robert makes a great board and I do not grab this board enough. First and only pin tail I have surfed. The pin tail is silky smooth and gets great hold. Was so much fun to surf during hurricane season.

All three boards come in just around 160 liters.

9'10 Fanatic All wave circa 2014. My first wave rider. It just sits now. I ripped the nose off and repaired myself. Every once in a blue moon I will put it in the water. Corky for sure but a wave rider.

I just did some business with Olivier. Great guy who went up and above to make me a very satisfied customer! Can't say enough nice things about him.
