Digital EVA deck pad is brilliant. Kinda cliché but maybe some P40 action, but do it with green gums like an alligator mouth.

I though I'd start a thread for such types. Doesn't have to be just watermen.

Anything on Glenn Curtiss. This is a good starter
Unlocking the Sky: Glenn Hammond Curtiss and the Race to Invent the Airplane Paperback – September 16, 2003 by Seth Shulman The Glenn-mister as I like to call him was the "fastest man on earth" in 1907 went 136mph on what basically was a bicycle with a V-8 engine. Unlike the Wright Brothers he made phenomenal engines and was also very enthusiastic with open sourcing aircraft development. While the Wrights spent all there time fighting patent wars, Curtis moved innovation forward. He was very Elon Muskish except he rode the rockets! He also hung out with a very cool crowd. Big personal hero of mine. 6

What is your current dissatisfaction with the paddle you have for surf. Too much blade? Not enough? Too little blade angle, too much blade angle? Is your paddle bogging and feeling stuck in the mud when you paddle into a wave or are you beastily overpowering the paddle as if it were a mere twig in your hands. All goes into picking the right one.

Gear Talk / Re: High aspect for surf paddle« on: September 09, 2015, 05:32:46 PM »
I love high aspect paddles for surf. Tremendous acceleration. I made one from my Kialoa Pipes by cutting it down. I also prefer higher blade angles. Those Starboards look really nice . I couldn't find the angle, do you know what angle they are. They look less than 10 degrees.
