Been there last February fell skateboarding in front of house night before 1 month trip to Puerto Rico... Broke kneecap in half. I used to skateboard vert for 20 yrs and wind up with worst injury I ever got on a skateboard from a penny board! Out of work for 4 months and rehabbing knee al summer.

Random / Re: If you could retire.....
November 08, 2015, 02:16:56 PM
im 41 right now looking to retire at 56.5 yrs ago i re-fied the house to lowest percent i could find its still 30 yr mortgage but i make 15 yr. payments as my wife was out of work when i did it. but as soon as i can get out from mortgage I'm gonna bank all that cash. i have government job and have good fers account /savings that they match. basically a 401k. once i retire I'm gettin out of n.j asap! to dodge our enormous taxes. i will go to purto rico for warm weather, good surf , and relative cheeper lifestyle  as long as there sales tax doesn't go to high  otherwise its off to oregon.

Wax is best, u can always make it more sticky. As wax gets thicker it becomes just like a pad.

Gear Talk / Re: going shorter
October 25, 2015, 06:06:54 PM
There is no secret... U get a shorter board don't be a bitch... Stick it out and only ride that board! Don't bounce around. Ride it in everything everywhere! Believe me, ride it when it's 40 mph wind an 4 ft.  And all u do is fall off to when it's oil slick and board feels like a dock!
