been a few years but i found the best vibe for SUP was at old mans in canggu

there are some nice reef spots off sanur as well but its a long paddle out unless you take a boat

nice - last year i worked with a rig of 10 4k go pros to make a 360VR film
pretty amazing results but stitching and editing is a b**t

at 40lb they are very heavy !

the aston waikiki had good surf/sup storage just under the entrance steps - secured at night and managed by one of the bellhops although any of them would help put stuff away


ok hotel if you get a good deal  - hula dance and music by the pool was cute

the musee quai branly in paris, which has a fantastic oceanic art collection, had an exhibition on the american tiki fad - interesting to see the comparison between real oceanic carvings and those from a motel bar !

my opinion (from the UK but i know the US very well)

it will be trump v clinton and clinton will win

however if bloomberg runs as indie then he would take votes from clinton not trump and trump would win - bloomberg could not stand being the cause of that so would not run

he would only run if its saunders vs anyone (which it wont be) and that race he might win but will never get the chance

have a think about staying in canggu and sup surfing at old mans

sounds  a great trip - staying in canggu  was my fave trip last year - surf old mans followed by brunch at watercress on batu belig - the very heaven !
