I was on the Big Island last summer for a couple weeks.
Kona Boys was the only rental I could find at the time:

I think it was $45 or $50 for 24 hours. They only had a production 10 foot PCH all arounder type board at the time. They were also unwrapping some 12 foot boards I think. Can't find anything SUP related on their website to date but my guess is they are still renting.
