This is a pretty good six episode production (Nat Geo/Disney+). Each episode focuses on a separate approach to bettering life quality - stress reduction, fasting, cold therapy, brain health, ageing gracefully, those sorts of things. I was eating pecan pie during the fasting episode. It's entertaining, and there are some good, long-term things to take from it. And some arctic surfing.

I need some external discipline. I ate a little more than half of a Thanksgiving apple pie this morning. 1/4 for breakfast, 1/4 for lunch. This after eating lightly for turkey day, but that was because I did the cooking, and by the time it was ready I was sick of looking at the food.
I'll watch that thing.
