It is 4K and looks great for me but your playback might be much different. There is a gear at the bottom right corner of the youtube player that will show you what resolution youtube is playing for you. Click it and click quality. If you have Auto (the default setting) on, Youtube will select the playback quality setting that they think is best for your current internet connection. That may not work well though if your connection is really struggling. You can always lower the resolution or check back later :).
