Title: The Foil Diet - Lose Some Weight and Try Harder
Post by: Beasho on July 20, 2021, 06:17:42 PM
I'm too big and too old to do that.

Well then try harder!

Thanks Piros for the motivation.  I haven't lost the weight but I am taking off on nothing and getting multiple waves.

Here's an example of taking off on flat.  Slight push by the first wave and up on the next.

Dang...that's super impressive Beasho!! I know how hard it is to keep pumping when you touch down, and have to get it back in the air again. You doing it from a flat start (regardless of whatever "slight push" you might have received) is incredible. Much respect my man. 👏🏽👏🏽🤜🏽🤛🏽

thats the M280 - huh?  foils at walking speed, but so much drag its hard to keep it up there I guess.  Super impressive that you've got the (nearly) flat water start!
