First winter storm here in the North East had me hustling for some bombs! My friends weather station clocked the highest gust at 72.9 and rainfall at 2.85” last night. Today was 32F Air, 45F Water, 15-20 mph offshores, sunshine early on but then cloud cover for the afternoon.  Managed to make all my drops. Can't say as much for the proners today. Probably a 25% success rate for those guys. Gotta hand it to em. It was tough out there today.

Winter has arrived.... and I have departed. Can't say I miss the wetsuits  :)

I have a boot tree to dry the boots and gloves and a Hangair for the full...those suits STINK! Reading the Surfline article now on our first storm. Crazy strong. There was lightening for a while and the power went out a coupla times. NE was def the spot today.
