Got my eye on a 2020 blackfish, 14x24.5 dugout. The only thing that scares me on the dugout is beach starts when racing, those rails look like they can break a rib or two......meanwhile ...........DROOLING ;)

I swore off dugouts forever back at the dawn of history with the Starboard K15. It was stupid fast, but getting back into it was several minutes worthy of a three stooges video and a fine set of rib bruises. You don't have to fall on the rail to get bruised, crawling back in will do all you need.
A few years later I forgot the experience and bought a semi-dugout starboard 14 from Dan Gavere (River). A few downwinders and a lot of wallowing around getting back on the thing reminded me of my vow and I sold it cheaply
But that's some nice workmanship.
