Title: Handheld Hotwater sprayer by Rheem...
Post by: TallDude on January 30, 2020, 02:32:50 PM
I was at the International Builders Show last week in Vegas. I came across this new product. Rheem is a huge water heater / heating unit company. Their engineers came up with this idea and funded it / market check as a Indiegogo. They met their goal easily, and are putting it into production. Runs on a GFI protected 120v outlet and any hose bib. I dig it!

Great design and I like it! How about a 12V version but I guess use a coverter dc/ac on the car.

I’m betting it uses too much power for a car inverter but I’ll be setting up an outdoor shower for sure.

Thx for the link man.

There are so many possibilities with this thing. Basically, cleaning bikes, motorcycles, dogs, outdoor furniture, etc.. with hot water. Not really suited for camping or RV'g, though it could. We bought a porta-power battery for the high school band to run all their sound equipment on a field. That thing will their big 500w amps and mixer board for about 4 hours and it's a little bigger than a car battery. Pretty pricey...  Then you just need a hose bib.
