Looking like it might be decent at Long Beach New York Saturday AM (winds coming in form the northeast). If any zoners are planning on going would love to meet up... Could also hit Riis or the Rockaways, but the winds will be more cross-shore.
-
I wonder how many "Long Beaches" there are in the world.

Just saw this. Walked my dog down in pacific this morning - winds were cross shore and it’s pretty broken up. Some size on the sets but pretty sloppy in general.

agreed. checked as soon as I could, and it looked like a foggy mess. Oh well.

sup sean- My work frees up after Jan 1. Next forecasted good day of 2020 we should meet up. Eastbound as well- hes always stomping those parts, and i NEED to try his Barra.
sick of going right as a goody in NJ. Need to commute to Long Beach! (which was my Local when i lived in NYC with a car)

Which part of the Rock? I also might try first light, although the window looks pretty slim. I was thinking about Riis, as Surfline Green = too many surfers in the main spots. Also, might try NJ..

Ha ha! Funny just saw this. I know, there is one in Gloucester where I surf as well. I was talking about the town of Long Beach in Long Island. I guess I assumed if people saw that I was thinking about the Rockaways they would have understood.

That's interesting. I didn't know there was more than one Gloucester, but I checked Google maps and sure enough there are a few.
