Doesn't look like much in terms of swell forecast, but I'm still frothing cause there's snow in the yard again here today.
Staying near the pier in San Clemente and planning to surf SanO and perhaps near the pier depending on crowds there. Likely a family prone lesson session at Doheny as well.
Anybody up for an am surf session pls shout.
I see fair potential for rain in the forecast. Any suggestions on when to make the call to stay out of the water?
Does SanO get cleaned out by tide change fairly quickly if the rains are not super heavy?
Thanks All.

SanO will be the cleanest water. Even cleaner towards Trail 6. There are no river outlets there. I'd stay clear of Doheny for another day or so. Same with the pier, which for some reason has the dirtiest water year round. Dog Patch and Old Mans at SanO should be pretty clear. Should be a nice weekend through Tuesday:) Wednesday it's supposed to be cold and raining:(
May be able to do a hook-up Monday?

Thanks TallDude!
Appreciate the info. I'll send a DM for a potential Monday surf.
Cheers

It's looking like Tuesday might be better. I might go both days anyway.

Dan and the family scored some good weather and decent waves. Nice meeting the family all out surfing....very cool. I wish I had noticed you out there sooner when I was taking pictures of my friends. I could have caught you on some waves. I notice you as you were heading in. Liking my new $$$$ lens ;D

Thanks Matt. Sunday was an absolute blast. Definitely the best day ever at SanO for me. Monday and Tuesday... a bit breezy out there. ;)
Watching the storm roll in today. Bummed it's over but thankful for a few days of surf and meeting you and some other super cool folks.
Always love the vibe at SanO.
I'll definitely shout again next time I'm headed your way.
Enjoy the Thanksgiving wind and rain!
