This was done for the river foiling today and worked wonderful! The flow is tiny and barely surfable but I was able to fly on the 10” mast. The wing in the middle towards the mast is key. At higher flows won’t need this... time to play with different set ups! It turned really well and was not sluggish.

That looks.. different! Are they all providing down force? Try flipping them over so they also provide lift, i found it very easy to get flat water foiling with this set up even if it did feel odd under foot.
I just put a new low slung tail wing mount on my fuse, have been meaning to try a biplane setup just to see "why"
If not us, who else? (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191029/22fdc95f73cb1565e2889a98ddc9e961.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191029/12e3ed87babb8cbd606718e44cea579c.jpg)

I like what you gents are doing and wish I have the time, knowledge, space and thinking.
How do you make a tail go faster without losing too much stability? Is it more like you win some and you lose some?

With slower moving water in a standing river wave, I’ve opted and had more success with positive lift. However, flipping them over would be interesting...

Looks like you guys are gonna try & shoot down the Red Baron with those things!

How about a front wing on the rear? I’ll try the Liquid Force front wing (in the rear) and have a bigger Takuma front wing to try as well if it even rises.
Then flip them upside down?

Interesting and thanks for sharing!!
I have a huge 42” Kings front wing and am pairing it with multiple rear wing configurations for this slower moving water and a pile wave.
Putting a different front wing on as a rear wing has some potential as well.

Or you could do something like this:

What am I looking at?

The splitter on an Alpha Romero F1 car. I went to Austin for the F1 race and got up close to this car in the hospitality tent. I think the Titanium is printed.
-
Jesus, that’s insane. F1 is a strange sport.

It was a way around the rules. Having an adjustable front wing for different conditions as you are not allowed to change it.
Horue the French foil company sells the front wing spacer individually.
