Title: Wingfoil sizing...
Post by: cnski on August 04, 2019, 02:18:59 PM
I saw a video from Gong where the bearded guy was ripping on a 7m wing. Seems most manufacturers make a 5m as the largest size which seems fine for places like Maui and Hood River. The 7m looked pretty large but appeared to let him ride in lighter wind. I wonder if sizes will get larger in the future?

I'd expect to see sizes to 9M. Gong has already made at least one. Obviously we won't get the high altitude advantage of a kite in low wind, but I'd love to be able to wingfoil in 8-10 mph wind.
