This appeared in my timeline this morning. I had to share because it’s a flawless example of foot placement for strapless foilers. The offsets give the leverage and control needed without using straps. Kitechino is pro level foil racer. I’ve always used this placement. It’s just instincts for anyone who’s foiled a long time strapless.

I have always had my rear foot almost dead centered.  Next time out I will try putting my rear foot a little past center and my front foot a little shy of center. Makes sense now that I think about it.
