Title: Repairs - Carolinas

Hi all,

I'm in the upstate South Carolina area, and in need of some light repair work on my board (sand, glass, and paint).  Does anyone have a shop recommendation?

I wish I had a clue.  I’m from Asheville, and I think I’d go all the way to the coast for repairs.   Could you go down to Charleston?

If you’re near Greenville or Columbia, Half-Moon Outfitters should be able to give you a referral.

Is that the Outer Banks shop?  That might be too far for me, or for spirit.  I will check in with Half Moon, but the Greenville shop has not been great with SUP info in the past.

I live in tha Columbia area. Best repairs I have had were by Ian Balding in Wrightsville Beach. Worth the drive. Go to Tower 7 for lunch while you are there.
