Chop a large washed Meyer Lemon rind and all into small chunks so as to be easy on your vitamix. 

Same with pineapple, and banana. 

Freeze all the above.

Blend.  Start out easy with the vita mix and increase speed gradually.  It is possible to break them blending frozen fruit. 

It's already outasight in my book but I also added whey protein and coconut oil which I felt put it in the stratosphere of great taste.

It might be nutritious, I don't know, but it hits the spot for me.

Damn, I thought you'd foound a good beer. I'm actually semi on the wagon. I need to build some muscle and lose some fat. Recently I think I've been doing the opposite.

Surprised to hear the Vitamix can't handle frozen fruit. Sue and I bought one....40 years ago or so....you could have puts nuts and bolts into it and made a smoothy. Worked for 15 years....lots of frozen drinks and other stuff that would choke any other blender. Finally died when the spindle wore out. Ninja works pretty good but nothing compares to that early Vitamix.
