Aloha - I'm setting up a rental condo at Turtle Bay and was looking for anyone who knew any good cleaning service and handyman for when I'm not there.
Also any zoner gets discount $125/night no GET or any other fees. Condo is on golf course, two king beds, two pull out couches.
I'll send link when we close escrow April 12th.
Any input would be appreciated.

Do they still have the $5.95 "all you can eat, champagne brunch" on Sundays in the restaurant there? ;D ;D ;D
We didn't care good the surf was... every Sunday, we parked at that buffet for 4 hours, filling up for the week!

No that's long gone...for $5.95 I think you can get a bottle of water at the pool?:) They remodeled about 4 years ago now and even have a Roy's....my wife went there with two of my children for lunch two burgers, soda, glass of wine and salad for $80....getting too fancy but i still love the area and its an easy rental property.
