I was going to put this on the "Technique" forum but the information in here is so good I didn't want anyone to miss it. GREAT tips for beginners and probably a lot to learn for you experienced folks too. I don't know this guy but I hope to train with him someday. Absolutely outstanding!

i think this is almost exactly how proners see SUP.
