Just saw this advertised. For the price it looks pretty good. The backpack with pole camera mount is something to consider as well.

I just got another Kickstarter camera--the Mokacam. 4K in a tiny format. Sony UHD sensor, good glass, waterproof to 200 feet. Tons of features in software accessible from smartphone. Video is beautiful on my 5K monitor, but all three cams that I bought years apart came in the span of two weeks. WTF?

That's something to check for sure. I've got a buddy who works at b&h, I'll try to see if there's any word on quality.

TD, There's a lot of yak-yak about 4k and 'action'. This guy from the UK has been reviewing small cams for many years. If your impulse control is like mine - fwd. to 12min.

Ooops - forgot to mention: Buy an extra WP case. (...like $14) The tab on back where the pressure clamp attaches to is a weak point. (I have one of the 1080, no-screen models)
