Title: Hawaii's Best SUP Shop!
Post by: blueplanetsurf on June 23, 2015, 12:44:34 AM: So stoked! It was a big honor to win this award and I'm so proud of my staff, I have to show off a little.

Kevin Fung, our shop manager, received this plaque at tonight's Hawaii's Best award ceremony. He really deserves a lot of the credit for this award, his first priority is always taking care of the customers which allows be to run the back office and go paddling. Thanks Kevin and the rest of the Blue Planet shop crew for making this happen!

The huge "surf shops" on Kalakaua are typical--clothing boutiques with just enough actual surf equipment to avoid being absurd. Fabulous that people recognized function over form.

Pono Bill, our shop is definitely not a fancy fashion clothing store, more of a messy warehouse packed with cool SUP gear. Lava frog and JP4, thank you for your business and all Zoners for your support and for fueling the stoke!
