Hi Sam, I'm an absolute Newb compared to you but have heard tons of good things about you from Zone members, watched your "Tail Handle 101" many times, and have been grateful countless times for the handles I put on my boards as a result. Look forward to learning more from you. JorgeI'm touched Jorge. Sharing my Mana'o (experience/knowledge) is mainly what it's all about. Anyway I can contribute to keeping this sport safe (with my tail handle idea) is a positive step forward. I'm glad you find a benefit to the use of tail handles. And in the end we ALL can learn from each other....Beside that what this forum is all about...Stoke to meet you and maybe one day we'll share a wave together.....Aloha
Welcome back Sam! 8)😉 I'm stoked to be back....Mahalo
Sam:WOW!!!......I'm so over whelmed. I was reading some recent post and seen my name dropped so many times. I never in my wildest dreams I had an impact to the newbies and even the vets of this forum. Glad to here an idea I had helps keep you/others safe......I'm humbled 😌
Welcome back and thanks for all your great posts from years ago.
They are still read carefully today by many of us newer to the sport and we have benefitted from your ocean wisdom. I particularly scoured your tail handle threads and videos closely and then put tail handles on all my boards; so someone you never have met has managed to avoid injury to himself or others and also has had more fun sessions by rereading your old posts. Multiply that by hundreds or thousands of others....
...Sorry Robert meant to write "stoked with an overwhelming response".....this was one of my biggest problem..Proof reading before posting.....LOL 😜Hey Sam, glad to see you back on the Zone!Aloha Robert....Suck an overwhelming response. Great to be back.
And I thought it was just some slang that I wasn't up on 8)[f/quote] My kids use so many diffrent slangs now days....im still trying to keep up texting thing (LOL, LMAO, LMK.....etc)😳😳
