Title: Low carb/high fat - Scientific presentation

For those that follow a low carb or have followed the Paleo thread, I wanted to post this video from Peter Attia who Ive been following for some time. I found it interesting where he has broken down in this video, some of the highlighted elements of his work and own studies into a hour long video explaining from a diet and athletic performance perspective, how this diet has benefited him.

What I like is that he mentions how he cant tell someone what the correct diet for them is, as everyone differs but shows at a patho-physiological level the benefits and results from his own studies.

Its fairly long, but worth the time.
