I am looking to buy 3 boards and 3 paddles. My wife and her friends are looking for boards and they want to spend under $1000 for a board and paddle. Is there and places out there that will give them a discount for buying 3 boards and 3 paddles.

They are looking for 11'6 to 12" boards
-
You may want to state where you are located.
-
Sorry for that. We are in Sacramento California.

:D Costco! They sometimes have em. I figure I'll get pummeled for suggesting this tho. :P

Maybe get a hold of Evan Lloyd with Tomahawk SUP-google him-great boards-super nice guy-may be willing to deal.

Try Tower Paddleboards

I was looking at tower paddle boards. Has any one used one of there boards?

Covewater in santa cruz has the Riviera 11/6's
give em a call
or try Caution kites in santa cruz, they make sups and have ad's on craigs list,
But i do not know how good they are

SUPatx is also something to look into. I was pretty happy with mine as a beginner board. They're way less than $1000 and usually come with a paddle. Also, I'm sure any dealer will give you a decent deal when you order 3 at once.

Co-worker just bought one last night - once he plays on it I'll let you know (he's mainly doing it for flatwater though).

Check out Paddleboardwarhouse in costa Mesa or wardogs surfingsports.com in Santa Barbara CA. Both good companies, I believe both will ship, Tomahawk is also a good choice and closer to you. Lots of entry level boards out there at a reasonable price. entry level paddles run in the $220 range. Lots of info out there, do some research, it will pay off $ WISE !

Ya let me know how they like it. There boards look good, and the price is great. I know you get what you pay for but I think they will be great boards to start off with.

i believe that a jimmy stix dealer is in the Stocton and fairfield area,
the thing about the lower end boards... you want to try before you buy, not just order one up, so you need to find a dealer in your area

Sounds like a job for the Imagine Surf 9'9" surfer at almost half the price of what your looking at you get a great stable board for everyone! I love taking mine out

Skate, you might want to try BOGA as well--they are in Nevada City. I have a friend who rides a Caution when we're in Richardson Bay and likes it fine although she wants a race board, too.
Boardsports School seems to have a list of used boards so you might want to they them as well. California Canoe and Kayak has Liquid Shredder soft tops which are pretty affordable....
