1mile beach or trail run (shoes optional) or 1/2 mile tread @ 15% incline.                                                             5 rounds.                                                        20 push ups.                                         20 inverted rows.                                    20 db overhead squats (25lbs).        20 mtn climbers.                                       Have fun !
