I was thinking about buying a similar combo but I need a board for a beach. What wing size you would recommend for 210 lbs rider?

OceanAddict, 5m is your wing size  :)
Boston area has decent strong wind year round, and if there is anything under 16 knots you should kitefoil. :). Not sure about a "beach board" with big fat sand tires and everything...if that is what you referring to then you may want to switch the wing with a 12m kite.

Thank you, kitesurferro,  don't see myself dealing with kites though ;)

A beach board would be the same as a mountain board. You might be able to upgrade the wheels and tires to ride the beach if the trucks have standard axles.

From my experience whatever "discreet beach-board" is chosen even on "flat" sand, will be slow especially with a wing. Using a kite may improve that, just saying.
