Title: TED talk makin' me feel pretty good!
Post by: supthecreek on May 12, 2015, 07:09:30 PM
Well, this should cause dissension in the "strokes per minute " crowd

Looks like my casual, "smell the roses" approach ain't so bad after all  ;)

Comfortable pace and not too far - makes a lot of sense to us as well when it comes to running and your heart.  Everything in moderation is often very good advice indeed.  :)

He didn't mention if pushing buttons on the remote and opening and closing the refrigerator count as moderate exercise. I vote they do.

Long on ego; long on wasted space.
It's the reason I find informational videos such drudgery. Just write it for crying out loud. I can digest his 18 video minutes of rooster strut obfusstaction in 2 written minutes.

That said: No to extremes?  Yes to moderation?
Bullshit! It's all good.
These idiots prey on our time and money and eternal quest for what's always right there in front of us - common sense.
Pay attention to our body/mind/spirit - take the time saved by not listening to these intellectual wannabe's, spend it on LIVING...
