I got down to 210 lbs for the 2010 SUP Jam in Austin Texas.  Now back up to 240 lbs.  WTF!  I'm targeting 200 lbs for the 2011 SUP Jam on May 7th, 2011.

Started today, except my admin assitant brought in a huge glass jar of those little baked sesame sticks and I ate them all.  F*@K!

I also just snuck downstairs and had a spoonful of my skinny wife's Ben & Jerrys.

Loser on the Texas coast.

Beach workout with Dave and some folks, Maliko run in the adternoon, did pretty good on food except for the beer, and the toast with honey on it. We'll see in the morning. I think I need to do something extreme to get off this 242 pound plateau.

Strand ... what day of the week is the weigh in?

I'm sticking with Loseit.com phone app to keep it on track.  Getting my foods/exercise set up takes some time, but the truth will keep the goal obtainable.  Picking up a scale today to confirm the "truth". :)

Fellas, please do not forget that you are not 20 years old anymore, working the weight off will be extremely hard, what you eat will be the major player in this game.

Perfect thread! 228 lbs and gonna get it done. Looking to a solid 200, but would be happy with just "solid". Gonna have to put the beer down and keep with the liq., but it could be worse.
Time to get to work fat a$$es!

Lets make it officially Friday for the weigh ins. I want to see 239 on Friday. I think it might be interesting to state your weigh-in weight and your goal for the next Friday.

My new years resolution is to not shave until I get down to 195 lbs. I started at 228 lbs and got all the way down to 202 lbs before slacking off and going in the wrong direction to 209 lbs as of this morning. Maybe this weekly weigh in will help motivate me to get started as the hair is growing on my face and I still haven't started working out or eating well.

To make it official, my fat-o-matic displays 248.  Let the games begin.

I started last thursday with the 194 weigh in (and pic) 190 today and should be 188 by friday.  If everyone could post their height I think it creates a more accurate picture. Like for instance, if PBill hits 210 he'll look skinny. I'm 6 feet.

I'm in.

Yesterday: 241.4 lbs.  23.6% bodyfat (Tanita scale measures bodyfat - not sure how accurate it is)

Goal: 238 lbs. by Friday, 220 lbs. w/in 60 days; 205 lbs. by the end of summer.

Paddle surfed 1 hr. yesterday, 2 hrs. 20 minutes today, eating lots of veggies and some lean meat, and skipping the sugar/processed food/beer...
